Today’s recap

Perhaps a normal post, not a ranty one.

Woke up and found the cat is still pissing in the spot we thought we got them to stop. I’m gonna say something unpopular here. I don’t like pets. I never want pets. Don’t take this as I don’t like animals. I think they’re fine. I hope they get good, loving homes. I want anyone who harms an animal to be prosecuted. I want animals to be happy.

In someone else’s house.

But, its not my decision. Not when I’m married with kids. So, for the last 25 years and for the rest of my life I gotta live with them.

I loaded up my truck for work this week and did a once over on both cars. I did my Sunday chores, including making overnight oats for the week. Then basically sat around until the Super Bowl started. We had a mini party while my wife and I hung out with our son watching the game. The gorls found other stuff do to, including wearing ear plugs to drown out the game 😄.

There was a minor plumbing problem I needed to fix. This problem keeps happening, so I need to get a tool tomorrow to make sure this problem is actually resolved.

We’ll finish The Dark Knight tonight and wind down before the start of the week.

Projects

I didn’t even look at a computer today until I wrote these notes.

Daily gratitude

• I’m thankful for Bad Bunny and hispanics everywhere. You deserve to love and safety.
• My plumbing tools are some of the best investments I have.
• I spent a lot of time messaging with my BIL, brother, and BIL dad throughout the game and had fun making jokes, especially about the ads. It was fun.

Tomorrow’s big thing(s)

Work. We are prepping a yard for a shed to be installed. We installed the sprinkler system last year, so should be easy to locate everything that needs to be moved.

Loose thoughts

Unless there are some good memes, (like Raygun) I do not care about the Olympics at all. I mean the sports, not the mountains. The Olympic Mountains here in Washington are amazing.

All the men around me are sports bros. I’m gonna have to hear about the Super Bowl for WEEKS 🤮. I also live in the Seattle area and the Seattle Seahawks won. I’m gonna have to listen to Seahawks fans for a whole year 😩.
